Since 2016, I’ve been working as a freelance teacher/senior team coach for SchoolvoorCoaching, where I teach the Course Team coaching. In this 15-day ST!R-certified course, participants learn the art of team coaching from a systemic perspective. The course is focused on recognising and intervening in (obstructing) patterns of interaction.

Together with Marnix Reijmerink, I teach the advanced training Secure Base Systemic Coaching at De School voor Transitie. This 10-day course teaches you to analyse clients’ issues from a systemic perspective. A condition for taking part is that you’ve followed the basic training Secure Base Coaching. 

I’ve been teaching the modules Group dynamics and Intervision in the post-bachelor’s degree Professional Trainer at Trainers Academie for more than ten years.

I’m often called upon as a guest teacher for systemic introduction and inspiration workshops for various training institutes (among others, the European Institute De Baak and Flow Concepts), organisations and at conferences. My style is characterised by interactive constellations, clear ‘subtitles’ and a focus on practicality.
